Background: Mike has been a key and integral Director since 2001, who together with John has expanded the company to be a recognised and well thought of leading supplier in the fastening industry. Mike brings over 25 years of general and unique Aerospace & Defence knowledge and experience to the business.

Background: Mike joined the company as Sales Director in February 2008 and has been in the fastening industry for over 25 years offering a wealth of industry experience.

Background: Alan joined the company as UK Sales Manager in 2011. He comes from a fastening industry plc background and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience within various market segments. Alan also has extensive awareness and understanding of the strict industry compliance to ISO9001 & AS9120 Rev A.
Responsibility: Operations Director
Background: Rona has been part of the Management Team since 2002 and over the past 7 years has been running the Internal Sales Desks, working with Major accounts both internally and externally, and having previously worked with a major advertising company also looks after the corporate marketing of Fasteq.

Responsibility: Purchasing Manager
Background: Alistair joined the company in July 2008, and brings 15 years of direct and valuable knowledge and experience in the fastenings industry and a further 16 years worth of extensive Purchasing expertise. Including over 15 years of purchasing experience with Hewlett Packard.

Background: John has been with the company since Jan 2010 and has a extensive experience and expertise within the QA and Manufacturing business sectors and is fully versed in adhering to both AS9120 Rev A an ISO9001:2008 accreditations.
Responsibility: Logistics Manager
Background: Since joining the company in August 2005, David has been responsible for implementing systems to enable the smooth running of our logistic operation. Previously having been involved in production management for over 15 years, he fully understands the importance of the final piece of the jigsaw, which is adhering to customer delivery requirements.
Responsibility: Key Account Manager
Background: Jonathan has responsibility for key customers working within the sales team of Fasteq's primary A&D accounts. Since joining the company in 2009 Jonathan has experienced a variety of different roles within the company which has benefitted his progression at Fasteq.
